Bernd Blobel is an internationally recognized expert in health informatics, digital health, and biomedical information systems. He studied Mathematics, Technical Cybernetics, Electronics, Bio-Cybernetics, Physics, Medicine, and Informatics at universities in Germany, earning a PhD in Physics and completing his Habilitation in Medicine and Informatics. He has served as Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg, Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at Fraunhofer IIS, and Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center at the University of Regensburg. Dr. Blobel has published more than 600 scientific papers and edited numerous books. He has contributed extensively to international health digitalization, electronic health records, standards development, and global health initiatives.

Rabiul Islam is an Associate Professor at Universiti Utara Malaysia, with more than 18 years of experience in economics, environmental economics, and sustainable development research. He previously served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Institute for Environment and Development, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He earned his PhD in Environment and Development Economics from the Institute for Environment and Development, UKM. Dr. Islam has an extensive research portfolio, having published more than 180 papers in reputable international journals and presented his research at numerous international conferences. His work reflects a strong interdisciplinary focus on economics, environmental sustainability, and development issues.

Ricardo Dal Farra is a composer, new media artist, educator, historian, and curator working at the intersection of arts, sciences, and technology. He is Professor in the Music Department at Concordia University, Canada, and Founder-Director of CEIARTE at the National University of Tres de Febrero, Argentina. He has collaborated with UNESCO and held leadership and research positions at Hexagram, De Montfort University, and international media arts organizations. His sound-art and electroacoustic works have been presented in more than 40 countries, receiving numerous awards and commissions. He founded the international conference series Balance-Unbalance, addressing how media arts can contribute to environmental challenges. He has also led major art-science initiatives and serves on editorial and advisory boards worldwide. He holds a PhD in Study and Practice of the Arts and a post-doctorate in Art-Science.

Alexey Yurievich Mikhaylov is an Associate Professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia, and a Leading Researcher at the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and has more than 15 years of academic and applied research experience. His research interests include artificial intelligence, green finance, financial markets, renewable energy, energy efficiency, behavioral economics, and forecasting models. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and has been recognized among Stanford’s World’s Top 2% Researchers since 2020. He has also developed patented forecasting and analytical systems for oil prices, renewable energy, CO₂ emissions, and cryptocurrency markets.
