Abstract Submission Guidelines

We welcome abstract submissions for presentations at the Conference. Please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your abstract:

  • Abstracts must be written in clear and concise English, providing informative content including the study's purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Should be limited to 300 words in Times New Roman, 12-point font, single-spaced, with the title in bold, author(s)' name(s) and affiliation(s) in italics, and no tables, figures, or references.
  • Submit the abstract through the online submission system on the website, including the title, author(s)' name(s), affiliation(s), contact information, and preferred presentation type (oral or poster).
  • Abstracts must be submitted on or before the website deadline. Notification of acceptance will be sent within 3-5 days after peer review, based on scientific merit, relevance to the conference theme, and clarity.
  • Presentation categories are as follows:
    • Plenary Presentation: 40-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
    • Keynote Presentation: 30-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
    • Invited/Oral Presentation: 25-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
    • Workshop: 90-120 minutes
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
  • Presenting authors must register for the conference before the deadline to ensure inclusion in the program.
  • Acknowledge funding sources that contributed to the research.

  • Poster Presentation Guidelines:

  • Poster size should be A0 (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches).
  • Use landscape orientation for the poster layout.
  • Include the title of the poster, author(s) name(s), and affiliation(s) at the top.
  • Use clear headings for different sections (e.g., Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion).
  • Use graphs, charts, and images to illustrate key points.
  • Keep text concise and use bullet points for easy readability.
  • Use a clear and professional design.
  • Ensure that the text is legible from a distance of 3-4 feet.
  • Use a consistent color scheme and font style throughout the poster.
  • Be prepared to give a brief overview of your poster to interested attendees.
  • Stand near your poster during the designated poster session to answer questions.
  • Remove your poster at the end of the conference as per the instructions provided by the organizers.
  • Include references or sources of information used in your poster.
  • If applicable, acknowledge funding sources or individuals who contributed to the research.
  • Include contact information (e.g., email address) for further inquiries or collaborations.
